Deep Cleaning
Deep cleans are the initial service all first-time customers (or one-time services) are required to receive before any maintenance cleans can be performed. This is a very detailed clean and length of time will depend on how big the house is and what condition it is in at the time of service. Listed below are what is included in this clean and what is an additional fee. Items in normal text are standard clean items for recurring service that are included with the items in bold for deep cleans. Italicized items are NOT included for move-in/move-outs where the home is empty.

If there are pests in the home such as roaches, rodents, or bedbugs, these will incur an additional fee, see Specialty Deep Cleaning for details. Yes, we have separate equipment for homes with this condition. No, your home is not required to have a pest issue for us to clean it.
The light upholstery and carpet cleaning we offer is basic surface cleaning and odor maintenance as an added feature for a deep clean service or on request for a maintenance clean. If you want a deeper heavier duty cleaning (requiring industrial vehicle-based equipment), then you will need to seek out an upholstery cleaning specialist or carpet cleaning specialist.
This list of items is assuming a normal level of self-cleaning and maintenance of the home. If it has not been taken care of for extended time, then the flat rate may have additional fees to compensate for additional time needed for scrubbing or heavy attention to detail. You can opt-out of this attention-to-detail if you choose to. If a lot of extra work is required to achieve the standard we expect, then some of the more trivial list items may not get done.
TIME LIMIT: Basic level of normal self-cleaning implies that it should take no more than 2-3 service hours per 500 sq ft for recurring service and 3-4 service hours per 500 sqft for deep cleaning not including any added extras. If added extras take longer than anticipated, then something else may not get done to compensate for this time. We have no problems staying long hours (even beyond closing hours no later than 10pm) to get a service done in one day, (unless otherwise pre-arranged for evening service) however, added fees will apply if this happens or we will give you the option to opt-out of some tasks on the checklist to prevent this.
Homes tend to look their worst when walls and baseboards need to be scrubbed. If we were not tasked to do these services, then please don't expect the place to look brand new. Just these parts alone can bring down the apparent quality of the time and effort put into what was tasked to be done. The reason for this is simply because if these large areas are visibly dirty then the places that aren't typically looked at (or out of sight, out of mind) are even worse and those are what we are there to manage. It is difficult to understand or convey the importance of 'the nitty gritty' without being down in it and unfortunately not all of it can be captured in photos.

* Please note: Dusting/cleaning decor may incur additional fees if there is a lot of it or small knickknacks. You may opt out of this and we can skip over those things.
Additionally, if we find decor items to be too fragile to risk dusting we will skip over it.
Tidy/Declutter/Neaten room covers a small amount of organization. However, excessive extra clutter will result in an added fee as we need to move things before we can do the cleaning. It is in your best interest to dispose of trash and tidy as much as you can on your own before we come to prevent this increase.
We are a cleaning service, not a housekeeper. There is a difference between these two service types.
On the flip side, we will handle trash and tidying if that is what you want us to do as well as hoarding situations with or without bug infestations. Please know that doing these tasks on a recurring basis will increase the standard maintenance clean rate as that isn't part of what we do by default and needs to be arranged for that so we have adequate time to do so.
